► Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be return in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
► For hygienic reasons, I may not accept returns on post style / studs, ear threaders and hoops.
► Custom orders are not eligible for refunds. I’ll be happy to make reasonable adjustments.

• Made-to-order items, please allow 3-5 business days to be processed prior to shipping.
► Shipping methods:
Orders will ship by USPS first class mail with tracking confirmation ( standard shipping ). Upgrade shipping service is available at checkout.
► Shipping Address:
Order will be shipped to the address you entered. Please double check it prior to submitting an order upon purchase.
